Our Story
Senemi Foundation was founded by the visionary Mr. Amit Goutam with a clear purpose: to bring smiles to those in need. True to its name, the foundation was established to address the unique challenges faced by the residents of Haridwar. Recognizing the opportunity to make a meaningful impact, Mr. Goutam spearheaded this initiative with passion and determination. His vision and leadership have been the cornerstone of the foundation’s efforts to drive change and foster a better quality of life for the community.

Reason for Opening NGO in Haridwar
The Senemi Foundation is expanding its presence in Haridwar, Delhi, and across Uttarakhand with the mission of addressing the critical needs of underserved populations. Many families in these regions face severe poverty, making it difficult to bear the financial burden of their daughters' marriage expenses. This exacerbates existing social and economic challenges within the community. Additionally, children, particularly those from marginalized, minority, and disabled backgrounds, are often deprived of their right to education. This lack of opportunity perpetuates the cycle of poverty, creating long-term societal issues.
Access to health checkups and essential medical services for the elderly remains limited and often unaffordable, creating a significant gap in their overall well-being. Addressing these pressing challenges, the Senemi Foundation, recognized as one of the best NGOs in India, is dedicated to driving meaningful change. The foundation supports the legal marriage of underprivileged girls, improves the quality of education for children, and organizes free health checkup camps for senior citizens.
